  1. Put first 8 ingredients in blender container.
  2. Add as much parsley and chives as you like.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Other fines herbes can be added to your taste.
  6. This dressing will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
  7. Unless you have a very large blender, you will have to process this a half or third at a time.
