This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Braham Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1992.

Directions Edit

  1. Place artichokes, herbs and olive oil in large pot with boiling water then cover and simmer 40 minutes.
  2. Serve hot or at room temperature with sour cream sauce.

Sour cream sauce Edit

  1. Combine ingredients then allow standing 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
