diabetic-Herbed Catfish Fillets

Preheat Oven to 400?.


Combine First 9 Ingredients. Coat Fish With cooking spray; Dredge InBreadcrumb Mixture.


Place Fish on Rack of a Broiler Pan Coated With cooking spray. Bake at 400?For 20 Minutes or Until Fish flakes Easily When Tested With a Fork.


Serve Immediately. Yield: 4 Servings (serving Size: 1 Fillet).
