  • This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.

  1. In a blender, combine the vinegar, sugar and onion; cover and process until smooth.
  2. Add the seasonings; cover and blend well.
  3. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream until dressing is thickened.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
