Herbed Tomato Salad

3 medium tomatoes, cut into eights 1 T. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 t. basil, crushed 1 small clove garlic, crushed romaine lettuce 1 cup diced avocado Olive oil

In medium bowl, mix tomatoes, parsley, basil and garlic. toss. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. For each serving, put 3/4 cup tomatoes on 1 long leaf romaine lettuce. Garnish with 1/4 cup diced avocado and sprinkle with 1/2 t. olive oil. 100 calories per serving. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
