  1. Combine rice, pimientos, parsley, broth and butter in shallow 3-quart baking dish; stir well.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt, celery salt, paprika and pepper.
  3. Place chicken on rice.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are tender.
  5. Stir in and capers.
