  1. Wash and dry chicken. Combine seasoned salt, paprika, garlic salt and seasoned pepper; sprinkle over chicken. Rub seamless wide side of bag with oil.
  2. Arrange chicken inside bag on greased surface, forming a single layer. Close bag opening, securing with paper clips.
  3. Place on foil-lined baking pan and bake at 375 °F for 1 hour. Serve with rice.

Seasoned rice Edit

  1. Place rice in baking dish.
  2. In saucepan, cook onions in butter until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms, broth, salt and seasoned pepper. Heat to boiling. Pour over rice; stir.
  4. Cover with tight-fitting lid or heavy-duty foil; bake at 375 °F for 25 to 30 minutes.
