These Are Supreme All Right, Just The Best Burgers i Have EverDevoured.
- 2 Shallots (or Scallions)
Finely Chopped
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 1 Lb. Ground Lean Chuck
- 1/4 Lb. Boiled Ham, Ground
- 4 Tbs. ice water
- 1 egg Slightly Beaten
Pinch of thyme
Freshly Ground pepper
- 2 Tbs. butter
Saute The Shallots, Add The Next 7 Ingredients. Wet Hands And ShapeInto Patties. Refrigerate For 1 Hour. Dust Pattties With flour; SauteIn oil And Keep in Warm Oven. Add Consommé, apricot brandy, And CookFive Minutes. Add butter And Pour Over Patties. Sprinkle WithParsley.
