Hiram Walker's Supreme brandy Burgers

These Are Supreme All Right, Just The Best Burgers i Have EverDevoured.

Finely Chopped

  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 1 Lb. Ground Lean Chuck
  • 1/4 Lb. Boiled Ham, Ground
  • 4 Tbs. ice water
  • 1 egg Slightly Beaten

Pinch of thyme

Freshly Ground pepper


  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 1/4 Cup Beef Consommé
  • 1/4 Cup Hiram Walker

apricot Flavored brandy


Saute The Shallots, Add The Next 7 Ingredients. Wet Hands And ShapeInto Patties. Refrigerate For 1 Hour. Dust Pattties With flour; SauteIn oil And Keep in Warm Oven. Add Consommé, apricot brandy, And CookFive Minutes. Add butter And Pour Over Patties. Sprinkle WithParsley.
