- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Black pepper to taste
Directions[]
- Grind the coriander and fennel seeds with the bay leaf.
- Combine with additional ingredients.
- Makes about 2 tablespoons.
