  1. Cook chops in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Pour off fat.
  2. Combine juice, brown sugar, garlic, mustard and pepper with 1 cup water; add to skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes, or until chops are tender. Add Apple, onions and cornstarch dissolved in water.
  3. Cook, stirring, 3 to 5 minutes longer, or until sauce is thickened and Apple is tender. Serve over fluffy rice.
