Honey-Lime Marinade


  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup lime juice, just including the zest from the lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • chopped cilantro, optional


  1. Whisk all ingredients together, especially including cilantro. If you like a stickier glaze, mix 2 more tbsp. honey with 1 more tbsp. lime juice.
