HONEY BALSAMIC DILL VINAIGRETTE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ellis Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1980. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons honey 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 4 teaspoons cold water 8 teaspoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dill Warm vinegar and honey in microwave for 20 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well. Shake vigorously after pouring into bottle. Chill before serving.
