Baked salmon with an appetizing and colorful Cajun spice coating. Serve with fresh lemon wedges - a squeeze will bring out the subtle honey sweetness.

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in small cup.
  2. Place fillet on foil-lined baking sheet with sides.
  3. Brush with 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  5. Cook in 350°F (175°C) oven for about 30 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
  6. Drizzle with remaining honey mixture.

Serves 8
