Horseradish Butter
Ingredients[]
- ½ cup soft butter
- ¼ cup fresh horseradish, grated
- 1 teaspoon sugar, white only, optional

- Mix horseradish and sugar (optional) well with the butter.
- Use as a spread or for topping the dishes. Reserve the spiced butter in the refrigerator.
