This spice-based cream is made with real horseradish and used as a dip or to mix up with other dishes. Whip up a red-hot treat with this homemade, spiced cream to make it look satisfying.

  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 ¾ tablespoon vinegar, white only
  • 1 ⅞ tablespoon salt
  • 1 ⅞ tablespoon pepper

Directions Edit

  1. Whip the cream and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Spoon the homemade, horeseradish-based cream into a fresh container before refrigerating. Serve with other dishes, such as roasted beef, or use as a dip or for mixing up the dishes.
