This spice-based cream is made with real horseradish and used as a dip or to mix up with other dishes. Whip up a red-hot treat with this homemade, spiced cream to make it look satisfying.
- ½ cup whipping cream
- ¼ cup prepared horseradish
- 1 ¾ tablespoon vinegar, white only
- 1 ⅞ tablespoon salt
- 1 ⅞ tablespoon pepper
- Whip the cream and add remaining ingredients.
