This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lynch Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients[]
- 1 cup grated horseradish
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions[]
- Wash and peel horseradish roots and grate or chop in blender.
- Combine ingredients and pack into jars.
- Seal tightly.
- Store in refrigerator.
