Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Pour 1/2 cup sugar over cabbage, onion and pepper.
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Heat together remaining ingredients. While hot, pour over the cabbage mixture and stir.
