Hot Chocolate for Special Occasions


  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips


In the top of a large double boiler over simmering water, or in a heavy duty pan, over low heat, heat milk and vanilla. Add chocolate and continue stirring until chocolate is dissolved. Pour into mugs and serve. Makes about 12 servings. Source: With Love from Darling's Kitchen
