Hot Cocoa for a Crowd

2 quarts milk, (can use part half and half for a richer taste) 2/3 cup cocoa, sifted 2/3 cup sugar 1 t. vanilla

In a 4 quart enamel pan, stir together all the ingredients until blended. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring now and again. until cocoa comes just to the point of boiling. Serve in mugs with a cinnamon stick, a splash of chocolate liqueur for the grownups or a mini marshmallow for the kids. Makes 8 cups or 12 servings Source: With Love from Darling's Kitchen
