  1. Heat garlic and curry in oil in large skillet.
  2. Add carrots, zucchini, salt, pepper, cinnamon and water.
  3. Cover; cook 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. Stir in rice, Raisins, pecans, marmalade and sour cream; heat thoroughly.
