Hot Fudge Sauce

1/2 cup butter 2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate 2 squares (1 oz. each) semi sweet chocolate 1 cup sugar 1 cup heavy cream 1/8 t. salt 2 t. vanilla

In a heavy pan, melt butter and chocolates over low heat. Blend in sugar, cream and salt. Stir over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes until thick and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
