  1. Combine mustard and sugar in top of double boiler.
  2. Add vinegar.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Cook until thick.
  5. Remove from heat and beat in butter with a wire whisk.
  6. Serve chilled.
  7. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
