Description Edit Contributed by Catsrecipes Y-Group Source: Appetizers, Southern Style Makes 1½ cups Ingredients Edit ½ cup dry mustard ⅓ cup sugar ½ cup cider vinegar 2 eggs 2 tbsp butter, softened Directions Edit Combine mustard and sugar in top of double boiler. Add vinegar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and beat in butter with a wire whisk. Serve chilled. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
