Description
Hot Norwegian Fruit Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb seedless Raisins
- 1/2 lb dried prune
- 1/2 lb dried apricots
- 1/4 cup minute tapioca
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Cook Raisins, prunes, and apricots in 1 1/2 quarts water.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Continue cooking for 15 minutes.
