Hot Shrimp Appetizer

1 cup tiny shelled cooked shrimp, about 8 oz 3 T. chopped scallions 1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 T. chili sauce

reserve a few shrimp and 1 T. chopped scallions for garnish. Place cream cheese in a 2 cup microwave safe dish. Microwave on high 30 seconds to soften. Stir in mayonnaise, chili sauce, remaining 2 T. chopped scallions and shrimp. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with reserved shrimp and scallions. Serve hot. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Source: Unknown
