This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Burnett Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.

  1. Remove crusts from bread then cut each slice into 4 squares.
  2. Melt butter in a heavy frying pan
  3. Sauté bread squares on one side until golden brown and remove to rack.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients
  5. Place 1 teaspoon of shrimp mixture on untoasted side of bread
  6. Broil ~5 minutes.
