  1. Re-grind meat (you really don't have to do this, as the ground meat you buy has probably been re-ground several times by the store you bought it at .. you just don't want ground meat that has been coursely ground). Mix meats, corn meal, flour, garlic, salt, juice and pepper. Form into approx. 200 small meat balls (Small ice-cream scoop works well). Mix tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil. Add meat balls, lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
