Cheese bread
Ingredients[]
- 1 quantity Bread Dough
- 250 g haloumi cheese, cut into 1 cm dice
- 1 – 2 tablespoons dried mint (or to taste)
Directions[]
- Follow Bread Dough recipe to step 5.
- Add cheese to dough with the dried mint.
- Follow the remaining steps in the basic dough recipe but cook in the oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
