  1. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, cook Egg Beaters in margarine, stirring occasionally until set.
  2. Arrange tortillas on lettuce; divide and spoon Egg Beaters onto tortillas.
  3. Top with spicy salsa.
  4. Garnish and serve immediately.

Spicy salsa Edit

  1. Combine chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped jalapeno and parsley or cilantro.
  2. Chill until serving time.
