- 1 drained rinsed can garbanzo beans
- 3 to 5 cloves of garlic depending on how you feel
- ¼ to ½ cup onion or green or red pepper
- juice from a whole lemon or lime
- 1 dribble of sesame oil (leave out/in at your own risk!!)
- fresh cilantro to taste
- another twist = fresh ground cumin
