Description

Ingredients

  • 1 drained rinsed can garbanzo
  • Beans
  • 3 5 cloves of garlic depending
  • on how you feel
  • 1/4 to ½ cup Onion or green or
  • red pepper
  • x juice from a whole lemon or
  • lime
  • 1 dribble of sesame oil (leave
  • out/in at your own risk!!)
  • x fresh cilantro to taste
  • x another twist = fresh ground
  • cumin

Directions

  1. Place the above in a food processor and blend until nearly smooth
  2. Spread in pita pockets heated in micronuker better.
  3. Place slices of fresh tomatoes in pitas and fresh ground pepper along with spread of hummus.
