Description
Ingredients
- 1 drained rinsed can garbanzo
- Beans
- 3 5 cloves of garlic depending
- on how you feel
- 1/4 to ½ cup Onion or green or
- red pepper
- x juice from a whole lemon or
- lime
- 1 dribble of sesame oil (leave
- out/in at your own risk!!)
- x fresh cilantro to taste
- x another twist = fresh ground
- cumin
Directions
- Place the above in a food processor and blend until nearly smooth
- Spread in pita pockets heated in micronuker better.
- Place slices of fresh tomatoes in pitas and fresh ground pepper along with spread of hummus.
