  1. Toss greens with a little olive oil, then stir in the juice of lemon.
  2. Stir together hummus and salsa or leave separate.
  3. Place tortilla on plate.
  4. Top with ⅓ hummus, salsa, and greens.
  5. Repeat twice, making a stack.
  6. Garnish with salsa or radishes or olives.
  7. Cut into 4 pieces.
