- 2 slices of firm, chewy vegan bread of choice
- 2 tablespoon hummus of choice
- A handful of assorted sliced or diced veggies or other things.. i.e. cukes,
- bazil, beans,onions, pickles, whatever...be creative!
- Spread hummus on each slice of vegan bread. Top each slice with whatever you've decided sounds good or looks good...several things together is best! Eat as open-face sandwich
