Ingredients[]
- ½ cup tvp chunks
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup carrot chunks
- 5 tsp vegetable broth powder
- ¼ cup Uncle Ben's converted rice
- 2 cans Hunt's no-salt tomatoes
- 3½ cups water
- 2 cups pinto beans, cooked
- pepper to taste
- ½ tsp basil, dried (or 2 tsp fresh)
- 1 can green beans, cut
- 1 cup okra, frozen or fresh, cut
- salt to taste, optional

- Directions: place all ingredients in crockpot.
- Cover and cook until done, about 6 hours.
