- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 glass powdered starch
- 3/4 glass Sugar
- 1 glass roughly ground almonds

Dilute the starch in a bit of cold water. Boil the milk and add the rice. Stir until the mixture thickens. Pour in cups and allow to cool. Sprinkle almonds on the surface before serving.
