- 2 fresh California avocados – large, ripe
- 1 tomato – medium, chopped
- 1 onion – small, diced
- 1 bell pepper – diced
- 3 green chiles – long, roasted, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- Scoop out flesh of avocado and chop coarsely.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
