This is a popular St. Patrick's Day dish. Makes 6 servings.

  1. Add all ingredients for the stuffing. Mix well. Set aside.
  2. Rub meat with salt, pepper and butter.
  3. Put cider or water into a casserole dish.
  4. Place meat along edges of casserole dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 1⅕ hours at 350 °F.
  6. Serve roast pork with potato stuffing.
