• 2 medium fresh California peaches, quartered
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 ice cubes, cracked

Directions Edit

  1. Combine peaches, milk, pineapple concentrate and vanilla in electric blender.
  2. Whir until pureed.
  3. Add ice and whir until smooth and fluffy.
