Ingredients Edit 2½ cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 eggs 1½ cups sour cream 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 1¼ cups vegetable oil 1 cup powdered sugar Directions Edit Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl. In deep skillet heat oil until hot enough to fry 1 inch cube of dough. Carefully place dough, a tablespoon at a time into oil. Fry a few donuts at a time 3–5 minutes.
