- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 2 big Steak, Jersey or Israeli tomatoes
- 4 sm. cucumbers
- 1 green pepper
- 2 to 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 scallions
- -- SAUCE:
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 squeezed lemon
- salt and pepper
- 1 big squeezed garlic clove
Directions[]
- Cut all vegetables to small pieces.
- Chop parsley and sprinkle over the tossed vegetables.
- Stir sauce ingredients and pour on vegetables in the last minute.
- Enjoy!
