Ingredients[]
- 2 large carrots
- 2 large Kirby cucumbers
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 5 broccoli flowerets
- 5 cauliflowerets
- ¾ cup oil, vegetable or olive
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
Directions[]
- Slice first 5 vegetables.
- Break in flowerets.
- Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over vegetables.
- Put into jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix several times.
