  1. Cook Onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.
  2. Add tomato puree, broth, garlic powder, sugar and oregano. Simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut Steak in strips about 1/2x3-inches. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brown in remaining 1 tablespoon butter.
  5. Add sherry and Mushrooms. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in tomato sauce; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over fluffy rice.
