Drain and mash tofu.

Heat oil in skillet. Add tofu and all spices. Mix well and stir until tofu stops steaming, about 10 minutes.

Add 1 cup spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Boil noodles until tender, but not soft. In a 2 quart baking dish, layer half the noodles, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, half the tofu mixture and half the Cheese. Repeat, using the Cheese last. Bake for about 30 minutes or until Cheese melts and sauce bubbles.

Serves 8.
