  1. Brown Beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes or until Beef is crumbly and browned. Drain fat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and spinach. Simmer over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in rice and Cheese.
  4. Serve immediately.
