  1. cream butter and Sugar, add eggs one at a time.
  2. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  3. Lightly sprinkle with Sugar before baking.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Fill cupcake 1/2 to 3/4 full.
