Jackie's Crowd Pleasers

1/2 pound butter, softened 1/2 cup prepared mustard 25 hamburger buns, halved 2 1/2 pounds ready to eat, garlic flavored corned beef brisket, thinly sliced 25 slices sharp aged Cheddar cheese 75 slices dill pickle, cut lengthwise 1 1/2 quarts finely shredded green cabbage 6 t. mayonnaise type salad dressing 1 T. caraway seeds

Beat butter and mustard until light and fluffy. spread on cut surfaces of buns, 1 1/2 to 2 t. per sandwich. Arrange about 1 1/2 oz. of thinly sliced corned beef on 25 bun halves. On remaining 25, place a slice of cheese and 3 slices of dill pickle. Blend cabbage, salad dressing and caraway seeds together and place about 1/4 cup on each cheese half. Put bun halves together, place each on a piece of foil, wrap and refrigerate. These keep very well in the refrigerator for several day before baking As needed, bake foil wrapped sandwiches in preheated 400 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 25 sandwiches.
