Description
My friend gave this recipe to me a long time ago and my family loves it! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Jakarta Delight
Ingredients
- 6 bananas, split
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
Directions
Place split bananas in buttered baking dish.
Mix orange juice and Sugar and pour over the bananas.
Mix together crumbs, coconut, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
