  1. Heat wok, add 500 ml of water until boiled.
  2. Pour in wine dreg and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and stir well, turn off fire.
  4. Pour in eggs, cover the lid for 2 minutes, bowl up, serve.
