  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine crumbs and butter.
  2. Pat firmly in 9 inch spring form pan.
  3. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add eagle brand milk, beat until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla.
  6. Beat well.
  7. In small bowl, toss together ½ cup chips with flour to coat.
  8. Stir into cream cheese mixture.
  9. Pour into pan.
  10. Sprinkle remaining chips on top.
  11. Bake 1 hour or until springs back when touched.
  12. Cool then chill.
  13. Remove side of pan.
  14. Keep refrigerated (serves large group).
