- Mushroom tops
- Mushroom stems
- green pepper
- red pepper
- fresh garlic
- salt and pepper
- top with grated Cheese
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In 2 qt casserole, microwave candy coating at 50% (medium for 4 to 6 minutes, or until coating can be stirred smooth, stirring twice. Stir in almonds.
- Spread to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness on prepared baking sheet.
- let stand, or chill, until set.
- Break into pieces.
- Store in cool, dry place.
