No, these are not Greek meatballs waiting to be shallow-fried again, but sweet tidbits made with mascarpone and the ubiquous Estonian ingredient kama.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts ( walnuts, as these are the only nuts that are native to Estonia)
- About 2 dl kama flour
- a dash of cream liqueur
Directions[edit | edit source]
- Mix everything together, and put into the fridge for a about 1/2 hour.
- Form into small balls, roll in kama or cocoa powder.
- Now keep them in the fridge until ready to serve(Need to be set before serving).
